1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from cozefurnish.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
Our website is operated by Capital Partner Investments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on Coze Furnish are made-to-order. This means:
- Every item is manufactured specifically for your order after you confirm it
- Products are not pre-made, pre-stocked, or held in a US warehouse
- Manufacturing begins only after you confirm your order using the confirmation email we send after you place it (see Section 3)
- Because each piece is custom-manufactured, our cancellation and return policies reflect the nature of made-to-order goods
3. Order Confirmation Process
- Shortly after you place your order, we will email you a request to confirm your order
- You have 48 hours from the time we send that email to confirm by clicking the confirmation link in it
- Your card is authorized when you place your order, which is a temporary hold and not a charge. Your card is charged only after you confirm
- If you do not confirm within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled, the authorization will be released, and you will receive a full refund with no fees. Your bank may take several business days to remove the temporary hold from your statement
- Once you confirm, your order enters the manufacturing phase and our Return & Cancellation Policy applies
4. Custom Orders
Sofas and bedframes can be made in a different fabric, leather, or color through our Custom Orders page. Dining chairs can be made in a different color through our Custom Orders page. For custom orders:
- You choose a material and a color code from our Color Guides and send us a request. We reply with a written quote, which may include a preview picture
- You may ask us to include other products on the same quote. If you do, the whole quote is treated as a custom order and follows the rules in this section
- Nothing is built, and nothing is charged, until you approve your quote in writing. You may decline or cancel at no cost at any time before you approve
- Your written approval is your order confirmation. The separate 48-hour confirmation process in Section 3 applies to standard orders and does not apply to custom orders
- After you approve, your order is scheduled for production and the cancellation stages in our Return & Cancellation Policy apply
- Your approval applies to the material, color code, and price stated in your quote. Preview pictures are illustrations only. Color Guide photos and preview pictures are for reference, and slight differences in color and texture are not grounds for a return or refund
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD)
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final
- We accept credit and debit cards (processed through Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank wire transfer
- For wire transfer orders, manufacturing does not begin until payment is confirmed received in full
6. Product Descriptions, Images & Color
- We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible
- Product images, color guides, and preview pictures are for reference only. Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and natural material characteristics, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from images shown
- For natural marble and sintered stone products: each piece is unique and natural variations in veining, color, and pattern are inherent to the material and are not considered defects
- Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances
7. Shipping
- We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories
- Shipping is available to most US ZIP codes. Certain ZIP codes may not be serviceable and will be identified at checkout
- Shipping costs are based on the volume of your order, your delivery ZIP code, and your delivery method, and are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for how they are calculated
- We offer two delivery options where available:
- White Glove Delivery: Inside delivery, room of choice placement, and packaging removal
- Curbside Delivery: Delivery to your curb or building entrance
- Estimated manufacturing time: 10–30 days depending on the product and supplier
- Estimated shipping time: 25–50 days after manufacturing is complete, depending on your ZIP code and delivery location
- Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund once an order has shipped
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cozefurnish.com including but not limited to images, text, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Capital Partner Investments LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Partner Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
