At Coze Furnish, we deliver premium made-to-order furniture directly from our manufacturing partners to your home. Please review our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect from order confirmation through delivery.
Where We Ship
We ship to the contiguous United States only.
We currently do not ship to:
- ❌ Alaska
- ❌ Hawaii
- ❌ Puerto Rico
- ❌ Guam
- ❌ US Virgin Islands
- ❌ Other US territories
- ❌ Certain ZIP codes that are outside our carrier’s serviceable delivery zones
Shipping availability and cost for your specific address will be shown at checkout when you enter your ZIP code. If your ZIP code is not serviceable, you will be notified before completing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is priced by the volume of your order, so larger orders cost more to ship. Your shipping cost depends on:
- The volume of your order (length × width × height, in cubic inches)
- Your delivery ZIP code
- Your selected delivery method (White Glove or Curbside)
How it is calculated:
- Your order’s volume falls into one of three volume tiers:
- Tier 1: up to 183,071 cubic inches
- Tier 2: 183,072 to 610,237 cubic inches
- Tier 3: 610,238 cubic inches and above
- Each tier has its own rate per cubic inch, and that rate varies by delivery ZIP code. Larger volume tiers generally carry a lower rate per cubic inch
- Your order’s total volume is multiplied by the rate for its tier
- A flat fee of $72 per order is added
Your exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you pay. There are no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Step 1 — Calculate Your Product’s Cubic Inches
Every product page lists dimensions as Length x Width x Height in inches. To find the cubic inches of any product:
Length × Width × Height = Cubic Inches
Example:
A coffee table that is 47″ L x 24″ W x 18″ H
→ 47 × 24 × 18 = 20,304 cubic inches
Step 2 — Add All Products in Your Order Together
If you are ordering multiple pieces, add each product’s cubic inches together to get your total order volume:
Example:
- Coffee Table: 20,304 in³
- Sofa: 108,000 in³
- Dining Table: 54,000 in³
- Total Order Volume: 182,304 in³
Step 3 — Find Your Shipping Tier
Once you know your total cubic inches, find which tier your order falls into:

Rates shown are example rates for Curbside delivery in the Los Angeles area. Your exact rate varies by ZIP code and delivery method (Curbside or White Glove) and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Step 4 — Calculate Your Estimated Shipping Cost
Formula: (Total Cubic Inches × Your Rate) + $72 flat fee = Estimated Shipping Cost
Tier 1 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
129,200 in³ × $0.00445 + $72 = ~$647
Tier 2 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
300,000 in³ × $0.00339 + $72 = ~$1,089
Tier 3 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
650,000 in³ × $0.00328 + $72 = ~$2,204

- Order multiple pieces together in one order — combined volume moves you into lower tiers with cheaper rates per cubic inch

- All import duties and customs fees are already included in your product price — the only shipping cost you pay is what you see at checkout

- The size and weight of your order (volume in cubic inches)
- Your delivery location within the contiguous US
- Your selected delivery method (White Glove or Curbside)

Delivery Options
We offer two delivery methods where available in your area:
🏠 White Glove Delivery
- Inside delivery to your room of choice
- Placement of furniture in your desired location
- Removal of all packaging and debris
- Best for large items such as sofas, sectionals, dining tables, and bed frames
- Recommended for orders that have heavy and big items
🚚 Curbside Delivery
- Delivery to your curb, driveway, or building entrance
- You are responsible for moving the item inside
- Available for smaller items or when white glove is not available in your area
- Lower cost option
Your available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your ZIP code.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Because all Coze Furnish products are made-to-order, your order goes through two phases before it arrives:
Phase 1 — Manufacturing

Manufacturing begins only after you confirm your order. For standard orders, we email you a confirmation request shortly after you order, and you have 48 hours from that email to confirm. For custom orders, manufacturing begins after you approve your written quote. Custom-material orders may take a little longer than the standard range, and your quote will tell you.
Phase 2 — International Shipping & Delivery

Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: 35–80 days depending on your product and location.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs clearance processing
- Port congestion or carrier delays
- Weather or natural events
- Holiday periods
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships from our manufacturing facility, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Updates as your shipment moves through customs and transit
- A delivery appointment notification from our delivery partner to schedule your delivery window
Delivery Day — What to Expect
Before Delivery
- Our delivery team or carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
- Please ensure someone 18 years or older is home during the delivery window
- Ensure clear access to your delivery location (doorways, hallways, elevators)
At Delivery — Very Important
- Inspect your items carefully before signing the delivery receipt
- Check for any visible damage to the packaging or the furniture itself
- If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damage immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues
Signing Without Noting Damage
If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, it may be considered acceptance of the item in good condition and may affect your ability to file a damage claim. Please inspect carefully.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
- If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment without prior notice, a redelivery fee may apply
- If a delivery is returned to our facility due to an undeliverable address or repeated missed appointments, additional shipping fees will apply to redeliver
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate at the time of order
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos and/or video immediately
- Email support@cozefurnish.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photographic evidence
