π Ordering
How does ordering work at Coze Furnish?
Simply browse our collections, add your item to cart, and complete checkout. Shortly after you place your order, we’ll email you a request to confirm your order. You have 48 hours from the time we send that email to click the confirm link. Once you confirm, your order enters the manufacturing phase and your card is charged. It’s that simple.
What is the 48-hour confirmation process?
After you place your order, we email you a confirmation request. You have 48 hours from that email to click the confirmation link to approve your order and begin production. This gives you a chance to review your order one final time before it goes into manufacturing.
- β If you confirm: Your card is charged and your order goes into production
- β If you do not confirm within 48 hours: Your order is automatically canceled and you receive a 100% full refund with no fees
What happens if I don’t confirm my order within 48 hours?
Your order will be automatically canceled and you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. Your card is only authorized (a temporary hold) when you order and is not charged until you confirm, so the hold is simply released. Your bank may take several business days to remove it from your statement.
Can I change my order after I confirm it?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been confirmed and entered the manufacturing phase. Please review your order carefully β including dimensions, material, and color β before clicking confirm. If you need to cancel after confirming, please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy.
Can I place a large order for multiple pieces?
Absolutely. You can add multiple items to your cart and check out together. Each item will be manufactured and shipped together where possible. For very large orders, contact us at support@cozefurnish.com before ordering and we can assist you directly.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We are a fully online furniture store and do not have a physical showroom open to the public. All product images, dimensions, and material descriptions are provided on each product page to help you make an informed decision.
π¨ Custom Orders (Your Fabric, Leather & Color)
Can I get a piece in a different fabric, leather, or color?
Yes. Visit our Custom Orders page, choose a material and color from our Color Guides, and send us a request. Each color has a short code (for example TG-01 for top grain leather, or VL-12 for velvet), so we know exactly which color you picked.
How do color codes work?
Every color in our Color Guides has a code made of two letters for the material and a number:
| Code | Material |
|---|---|
| TG | Top Grain Leather |
| FL | Faux Leather (dining chairs) |
| CH | Chenille |
| CL | Cotton Linen |
| MS | Microsuede |
| PF | Performance Fabric |
| TD | Teddy Fleece |
| VL | Velvet |
What happens after I send a custom order request?
We reply by email with a written quote that confirms the product, material, color code, and price. Where helpful, we’ll also include a preview picture of what the finished piece should look like. Preview pictures are illustrations to help you picture it, and they are not an exact photograph.
Can I add other products to my custom order?
Yes. List the other items in the request form (or reply to your quote), and we’ll put everything on one quote with shipping calculated on the combined order. The whole quote then follows the custom order rules: nothing is built or charged until you approve it in writing, and you can decline at no cost before then.
When am I charged for a custom order?
Not until you approve. Nothing is built and nothing is charged until you approve your quote in writing. You can decline at no cost at any time before you approve. After you approve, we send you a secure payment link, and once production begins our cancellation stages apply (see our Return & Cancellation Policy).
Does a different material change the price?
Sometimes. Switching between fabrics is generally the same price. Switching to top grain leather costs more, and switching from leather to a fabric costs less. Dining chairs are offered in faux leather only. Your quote always shows the final price before you pay.
Will the color match the Color Guide exactly?
Color Guide photos are taken from the factory’s own sample sheets and are very close, but monitors and lighting differ, so slight variations in color and texture are normal. Your approval covers the material, color code, and price in your quote.
ποΈ Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes β almost every product in our catalog is made to order. When you confirm your order, your piece enters the production queue at our factory where it is crafted specifically for you. This is why we are able to offer such a wide selection of styles and materials at competitive prices.
How long does manufacturing take?
Manufacturing typically takes 10β30 days depending on the product:
| Product Type | Manufacturing Time |
|---|---|
| Smaller items (nightstands, coffee tables, accent chairs) | 10β15 business days |
| Mid-size items (dining tables, bed frames, media consoles) | 15β20 business days |
| Large items (sofas, sectionals, large dining sets) | 20β30 business days |
What materials do you use?
We offer a wide range of premium materials across our collections including:
- Top Grain Leather β 100% genuine top grain leather throughout (our main catalogue made for our average consumer)
- Hybrid Leather β Top grain leather on all contact surfaces, faux leather on non-contact surfaces (back panels, sides). The same construction method used by leading furniture brands worldwide (our side catalogue for landlords renting to tenants or for people who want to buy large amounts in bulk and want a lower price per unit)
- Faux Leather β Used for our dining chairs
- Fabric β Including chenille, cotton linen, microsuede, performance fabric, teddy fleece, and velvet
- Sintered Stone β An engineered stone surface that is heat, scratch, and stain resistant
- Natural Marble β Genuine marble with unique natural veining on every piece
- Solid Wood & Wood Veneer β Various wood species and finishes
Each product page lists the exact material for that specific item.
Why does my marble or sintered stone look slightly different from the photos?
Natural marble is a one-of-a-kind material β no two slabs are identical. Variations in veining, color tone, and pattern are inherent to the nature of natural stone and are not considered defects. Sintered stone may also have slight batch-to-batch variations. Product images are for reference only and represent the general appearance of the material.
Are your furniture pieces solid and durable?
Yes. Our manufacturing partners are experienced producers who supply furniture to markets across Europe, North America, and Asia. All pieces go through quality control before leaving the factory. If you ever receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right β see our Return & Cancellation Policy for details.
π Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After manufacturing is complete, shipping typically takes 25β50 days depending on your location:
| Delivery Zone | Estimated Transit Time |
|---|---|
| West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ) | 25β35 days |
| Central US (TX, CO, IL, MO, etc.) | 30β40 days |
| East Coast (NY, FL, GA, NC, etc.) | 35β50 days |
Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: 35β80 days.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
No. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, or other US territories. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm availability in your area.
How much does shipping cost?
π¦ How Shipping Cost is Calculated
Our shipping cost is based on the total volume of your order measured in cubic inches and your delivery ZIP code. The more you order, the lower your shipping rate per cubic inch β so buying multiple pieces together in one order is always more cost-efficient than ordering separately.
All orders also include a flat handling and logistics fee of $72 regardless of order size or location.
Step 1 β Calculate Your Productβs Cubic Inches
Every product page lists dimensions as Length x Width x Height in inches. To find the cubic inches of any product:
Length Γ Width Γ Height = Cubic Inches
Example:
A coffee table that is 47″ L x 24″ W x 18″ H
β 47 Γ 24 Γ 18 = 20,304 cubic inches
Step 2 β Add All Products in Your Order Together
If you are ordering multiple pieces, add each productβs cubic inches together to get your total order volume:
Example:
- Coffee Table: 20,304 inΒ³
- Sofa: 108,000 inΒ³
- Dining Table: 54,000 inΒ³
- Total Order Volume: 182,304 inΒ³
Step 3 β Find Your Shipping Tier
Once you know your total cubic inches, find which tier your order falls into:
| Tier | Total Order Volume | Example Rate (Los Angeles Curbside) |
| Tier 1 | 0 β 183,071 inΒ³ | ~$0.00445 / inΒ³ + $72 flat fee |
| Tier 2 | 183,072 β 610,237 inΒ³ | ~$0.00339 / inΒ³ + $72 flat fee |
| Tier 3 | 610,238 inΒ³ and above | ~$0.00328 / inΒ³ + $72 flat fee |
Rates shown are example rates for Curbside delivery in the Los Angeles area. Your exact rate varies by ZIP code and delivery method (Curbside or White Glove) and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Step 4 β Calculate Your Estimated Shipping Cost
Formula: (Total Cubic Inches Γ Your Rate) + $72 flat fee = Estimated Shipping Cost
Tier 1 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
129,200 inΒ³ Γ $0.00445 + $72 = ~$647
Tier 2 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
300,000 inΒ³ Γ $0.00339 + $72 = ~$1,089
Tier 3 Example (Los Angeles Curbside):
650,000 inΒ³ Γ $0.00328 + $72 = ~$2,204
*οΏ½ Tips to Save on Shipping:
- Order multiple pieces together in one order β combined volume moves you into lower tiers with cheaper rates per cubic inch
- Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout after entering your ZIP code β no surprises
- All import duties and customs fees are already included in your product price β the only shipping cost you pay is what you see at checkout
Shipping costs vary based on your ZIP code, the size of your order, and your chosen delivery method (White Glove or Curbside). Your exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. There are no hidden fees.
Shipping is priced by the volume of your order (length Γ width Γ height, in cubic inches), so larger orders cost more to ship.
- Your order falls into one of three volume tiers: up to 183,071 cubic inches; 183,072 to 610,237 cubic inches; or 610,238 cubic inches and above
- Each tier has its own rate per cubic inch, and that rate varies by your delivery ZIP code and delivery method
- Your total volume is multiplied by the rate for its tier, and a flat fee of $72 per order is added
You don’t need to calculate anything. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout after you enter your ZIP code, before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
Are import duties and customs fees included?
Yes β all import duties and customs fees are included in your purchase price. All customs clearance and import costs are handled on our end. You will never receive a surprise bill at delivery.
